AAA Pump Service & Fay Electric Motors is a family-owned business operating out of Manchester and Somersworth, New Hampshire. Paul Croteau founded AAA Pump Service in 1994 and joined forces with Fay Motors in 2014. Today, Paul’s son Joe and niece Nikki run the company and continue Paul’s commitment to exceptional service.

Paul Croteau – Founder and Owner

As the founder of AAA Pump Service, Paul Croteau has never strayed from his original mission of delivering top-quality service and support to our customers. Paul’s work building this company has ensured our team is equipped to meet the needs of our diverse client base. Today, Paul still takes an active interest in the company, providing support and expertise.

Joseph Croteau – President, Senior Service Technician

Joseph Croteau is our company’s current President, taking over leadership responsibilities from his father, Paul. Joe now runs the company with his cousin Nikki and is also our Senior Service Technician. He is a licensed electrician and an expert in pump rebuilding and installation. Joe has over 20 years of experience and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to every project, as well as a dedication to product quality and service excellence.

Nikki Frizzell – Service Manager

Service Manager Nikki Frizzell provides invaluable support to our team and customers alike with her cheerful demeanor and exceptional organizational skills. Nikki has been with AAA Pump Service from the beginning, working with her Uncle Paul and now running the company with her cousin Joe. Nikki ensures that information flows smoothly and that our customers receive the assistance they need when they need it.
